Your Freedom Flag

Your Freedom Flag is really what started the whole shebang off, this show is what brought Rob Neilson to the  stage of internet radio today and shaped the future of Digital Sounds Barnsley all those years ago, about 6 to be precise.

Song & Dance

Song & Dance started off life as a segment on another station's breakfast show that Rob Neilson was hosting at the time, a ten minute slot where a couple o0f tunes would be played from various shows and productions, including TV and Film.

Not for a second did Rob think it would take off. However, the audience seemed to like it and there has been a good reaction to the show all round.

 

 

Through The Years

Tracey Started messing around with ideas for her shows, Tracey is a big fan of country and also like soft and hard rock.

 Tracey thought it would be a good idea to do a rock show. However,  found it difficult getting music from the DSB archives, so changed the format to a through the years show, which plays everything from 60's 70's 80's 90's to today's best music mix. Through the years was born.

 

BackTrax

Dan the youngest member of our team presents his Backtrax show every Monday from 8-10pm.

Dan has a flair for entertainment and presents a truly outstanding show with a great mix of music for your listening pleasure. He is the stations baby DJ but strives to achieve the best in audio pleasure.

Dan also from Lincolnshire likes ska and punk, however as we already have a show that plays that music with our sime he agrees he has to play something else, and Backtrax is it.

 

 

Nashville Express

All aboard the Nashville Express, this is DSB's country show, one hour of solid country hits hosted by Tracey wilding. Bringing together country classics from Dolly Parton to Kenny Rodgers.

What ever it is you like to listen to in the country, you can listen every Monday night from 7pm with Tracey.

 

100% Pop

If it's 100% pure pop you are after, then Marty is your man. Marty's shows are informative, fun , and all round Poptastic pop pickers.

Marty delivers his own humour in a way only he could, he also spills the beans on some great spoilers, keeping you informed with what's going on in the world of show biz and entertainment, in fact he is your one stop shop for gossip.

Cupids Arrow

Tracey hosts 3 shows a week here on DSB, each one with a different theme, This one is Cupid's Arrow. So sit back and listen to a solid hour of Love Songs.

Imagine Lighting some candles having a nice romantic meel the the voice of the wilding comes over the airwaves to finish off the meal with a dedication to your loved one. Splendid!!

News Talk Online

As a journalist since 1969 (including a decade as CNN Radio's New York-based correspondent) I've reported, the good, the bad, the beautiful and the ugly. Now, as news and programming director at Paltalk.com I host a daily online show, News Talk Online, where I interview newsmakers and offer commentary. Paul - The Paul Show

Paul is the youngest DJ on the station but likes the old 60's 70' and classic show tunes music, we have no idea where Paul's influence for his music comes from apart from maybe hanging around with Rob, Commercial and his mates Rich and Sue for too long. If you like a good old Music mix then we have the show for you.

Paul's show is funny, and very charismatic, it reflects some of the Talent we have in the UK today and Paul you watch this young man because he is going a long way!

Leather 'N' Lace

Leather & Lace is an occasional show hosted by Tracey wilding, sometimes when Tracey fancies a change she does a one off Leather & Lace show, playing rock classics, Taking Tracey back to her biking days and reliving the fat of the land and the free spirit she used to be before her life became material.
